Meet Astrid
Realtor®As a realtor and interior designer, Astrid Gagliardi brings a unique perspective and knowledge to working with families who are looking to sell or purchase a home. Using her "design eye" to identify unique features and envision potential shifts in space layouts or furniture placement, Astrid is able to see more options in any given property and present them to discerning clients. With the experience of realizing a vision, she can go one step further in bringing to life the potential in a property before it goes to market.
As well as having ‘the eye’, Astrid has the contacts and know-how required to renovate and turn a property with potential into a desirable home. This gives clients who are selling a home the opportunity to receive the utmost return on their investment and an outpour of multiple offers. Astrid is passionate about her work, and enjoys hands-on relationships with clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
In her earlier years, Astrid double majored in communications and art, both earning her degrees that serve her today as a realtor and interior designer. She joins her experience in design and real estate to be a multifaceted realtor and provide full service to her clients. Her deep roots in real estate stem from growing up around the industry through family and learning the ropes by working multiple real estate jobs from a young age. Naturally, her passion for real estate is apparent through her superior commitment to each and everyone of her clients. In addition, she prides herself in building long-term relationships by instilling a high level of integrity and confidence within them.
Astrid married her high school sweetheart Adam Reifer who today is also a real estate agent and her partner at The Brad Alewine Group. She works side by side with Adam servicing clients by helping them sell and buy homes. Between Adam and Astrid clients get two for the price of one, this enables them to provide their clients with excellent service from start to finish. Astrid focused the first part of her career in interior design and brings those skills into working with real estate clients today. Astrid’s interior design work has been featured on various large designer websites and social platforms such as DOMINO Magazine. With direct access to interior design, and Adam’s connection to vendors from his father’s contracting business, they are able to assist sellers in renovating their homes to get top dollar. Also through these same connections they are able to assist buyers whose new homes need improvements.
Astrid and her husband currently live in Riverside with their two son’s, Aryyan and Lyndon. They are currently rehabbing a 1955 mid-century home designed by the late architect, Philmer J. Ellerbroek in Victoria Woods Riverside.
Through hard work, fortitude, and persistence they focus on what is ultimately best for their clients and their achievements stem from their genuine care for them, ensuring that clients always come first.
