About Heidi Villa

Born and raised in Riverside, Heidi has lived in many of the different areas that she calls the nooks and crannies of the city, including Woodcrest, Canyon Crest, Downtown, Magnolia Center, and Orangecrest. After attending UC Riverside on a soccer scholarship and graduating with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration, she went on to pursue her passion for hair and makeup through Riverside Community College’s well-known cosmetology program. 

Heidi spent almost 10 years working in the beauty industry specializing in hair and makeup services for weddings. She had the honor of serving her brides alongside world-renowned wedding vendors, as well as the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and internationally to share her craft. Doing hair and makeup has been a passion of hers for as long as she can remember. Besides providing makeovers for women of all ages, Heidi has also always loved home design and watching the housing market, and has worked alongside her father who has been a Broker for 40 years. After enjoying the process of selling her own home a few years ago she knew it was time to switch gears and move into real estate. Although most people think hair and makeup and real estate to be polarizing industries, you might be surprised to find that they are not all that different.

Getting married and buying or selling your home are two of the biggest and most exciting life events that many people will ever experience. Among the things that are invested in these types of transactions, entrusting your feelings and your precious time are near the top of the list. This can be both nerve-wracking and exhilarating! Heidi loves connecting with people on a deeper level to find their true needs and desires, which takes time, thoughtfulness, and care. 

Heidi currently lives in a tiny home on family-owned land in Riverside with her husband, Joshua, and son, Henry. She loves baking sourdough bread, acquiring new homesteading skills alongside her mother and sister, and endeavors to become a beekeeper in the near future.
